Pardas

Pardas represents the life project of Ramon Parera and Jordi Arnan to produce the best possible wines at Finca Can Comas, in the heart of the Bitlles River Valley, in the north of Alt Penedès.
We care for and live off the land. Our commitment is to grow all the grapes we process. This means a very high value for us.
We were born as Corpinnat with the same philosophy that has characterized our trajectory of still wines, defending and highlighting all the aging potential offered by our core varieties: Xarel·lo and Sumoll.
All our sparkling wines take the form of Brut Nature. We consider that in this way we faithfully preserve the original characteristics of our musts.
Stopping, freezing time with a second fermentation seems like a wonderful idea to share with all of you.
