Celler DEMOST

DEMOST is a small winery located in Gelida, where its vineyards take root in fossiliferous clay, gravel, sand, silt and caliche crust soils.

This personal project is born from Josep's curiosity and restlessness, who since childhood has experienced viticulture alongside his family. His grandfather and father passed on to him the passion, dedication and love for the land. A heritage that today is reflected in the continuity of a vineyard cultivation faithful to the roots of the territory.

In 2023, he makes his dream come true: producing a small production of organic sparkling wines. Each bottle is cared for with attention and respect, disgorged by hand and without freezing, following the artisanal tradition. The result is a quality product, the most authentic expression of our environment.
