EL PROPIETARIO mantiene desde sus inicios una rigurosa política de privacidad con los datos de aquellas personas que han establecido relaciones con nuestra empresa. Continuando con esta política de defensa de la privacidad, y al objeto de adecuarnos a la nueva normativa: REGLAMENTO (UE) 2016/679 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO Y DEL CONSEJO de 27 de abril de 2016 (en lo sucesivo, RGPD), que es exigible desde el 25 de mayo de 2018, detallamos actualizada nuestra política de protección de datos.

En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el REGLAMENTO (UE) 2016/679 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO Y DEL CONSEJO de 27 de abril de 2016 (en adelante, "RGPD") relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, TERRABIT, SL (en adelante (TERRABIT) le informa como RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO de que todos los datos de carácter personal que nos proporcione serán incorporados a un fichero de datos mantenido bajo estrictas medidas de seguridad y confidencialidad denominado "CLIENTES POTENCIALES Y CONTACTO".
La recogida y tratamiento automatizado de los datos personales tiene como finalidad la prestación, mantenimiento, administración, ampliación, mejora y estudio de los productos de seguros en los que usted decida darse de alta, contratar, o solicitar información. Asimismo también tiene como finalidad el envío, por medios tradicionales y electrónicos, de información operativa, de contratación, comercial sobre productos y servicios, ofrecidos por TERRABIT.
EL PROPIETARIO le informa que cumple con las medidas de seguridad de protección de datos personales legalmente requeridas y que ha adoptado todas las medidas razonablemente exigibles conforme a los conocimientos técnicos actuales para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, intrusión ilegítima y sustracción de los datos personales facilitados. En cualquier caso usted debe saber que INTERNET no es un medio inexpugnable.
Sus datos se mantendrán almacenados mientras gestionamos su requerimiento o hasta que usted nos indique lo contrario, así como para tramitar solicitudes de seguros, realizar tareas administrativas y remitirle información adicional que puedan ser de su interés. Las finalidades de las operaciones de procesamiento de datos que lleva a cabo TERRABIT como RESPONSABLE DE TRATAMIENTO son exclusivamente la gestión de la relación con los clientes potenciales y los contactos, así como un uso comercial y de mejora de su experiencia en línea.
La cumplimentación de los formularios, así como de cualquier otro cuestionario que pueda facilitar en un futuro, es totalmente potestativa, sin embargo, la negativa a facilitar determinados datos, podrá suponer la imposibilidad de cumplir con su petición.
Usted es el único responsable de la veracidad y corrección de los datos incluidos, exonerando a EL PROPIETARIO de cualquier responsabilidad al respecto, asimismo, garantiza y responde, en cualquier caso, de la exactitud, vigencia y autenticidad de los datos personales facilitados, y se compromete a mantenerlos debidamente actualizados.
3. LEGITIMACIÓN
Al entregar voluntariamente sus datos CONSIENTE POR INTERÉS LEGÍTIMO su tratamiento automatizado o no por parte de PEMESA, así como su comunicación a entidades cuya conexión con sus datos sea necesaria o legalmente obligatoria, y en el caso de comunicaciones comerciales vía correo electrónico o medio equivalente, CONSIENTE POR INTERÉS LEGÍTIMO su recepción.
4. DESTINATARIOS
EL PROPIETARIO se preocupa por la privacidad de sus datos, y por ello le garantiza la mayor confidencialidad en su tratamiento, confirmando que no se realizará ninguna cesión a terceros.
Finalmente, sus datos serán cedidos a administraciones y otros organismos públicos en aquellos casos en que esto venga impuesto por obligación legal o por disposición judicial.
5. DERECHOS
EL PROPIETARIO le informa igualmente que usted podrá en cualquier momento denegar el consentimiento anteriormente facilitado y ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición de los datos recogidos en el Fichero, dirigiéndose a través de correo electrónico a la dirección especificada al principio o enviando una carta a la dirección postal también indicada.
