SABATÉ I COCA

The fourth generation of the Sabaté i Coca family cares for, works, and honors a 40-hectare estate located in the Bitlles valley. The desire to become aware of the different terroirs of the estate led Marcel Sabaté to decide to apply differential viticulture according to the 18 soil profiles discovered. The Castellroig range expresses all the harmony and complexity of the more than 60 micro-plots on this estate. The singular terroirs, which produce wines with a vibrant varietal typicity and express the minerality of the vineyard, are vinified separately. They are called "singular wines": Terroja, Josep Coca, and Terroja de Sabaté i Coca (from a Xarel·lo vineyard over 100 years old).
