Quatre Molins - Cornudella de Montsant
The gastronomic proposal of Quatre Molins offers an experience for the five senses rooted in the territory and Mediterranean cuisine. Each preparation combines tradition and modernity with local products from Priorat and the Ebro Delta, also incorporating influences from French cuisine and Asian delicacies.
AT Roca is a family winery founded in 2013 by Agustí Torelló Sibill together with his children, combining the values of two generations around identity.
Rooted in the ancient territories of the Monastir de Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, since its birth the winery has defended organic and regenerative dry-land viticulture, traditional varieties and minimal intervention oenology.
The philosophy is based on the idea of interpreting the environment starting from soils with a marked calcareous character at the foot of Ordal.
In the winery, we accompany and guide to preserve the vitality of the origin by relying on artisanal processes. We are committed to long aging, manual riddling in desks, manual disgorging without freezing and the production of all sparkling wines in Brut Nature.
