Tunateca Balfegó is a gastronomic space dedicated entirely to bluefin tuna, the absolute protagonist of both its culinary proposal and its concept.
Its cuisine combines Japanese and Western influences, with a proposal that goes beyond gastronomy and also becomes a space for experimentation and learning. Among its experiences, Kaitai stands out—the traditional Japanese art of precise cutting of large-format specimens. The proposal is completed with a multisensory experience designed to surround the diner through all senses.
