Tunateca Balfegó is a gastronomic space dedicated entirely to bluefin tuna, the absolute protagonist of both its culinary proposal and its concept.
Its cuisine combines Japanese and Western influences, with a proposal that goes beyond gastronomy and also becomes a space for experimentation and learning. Among its experiences, Kaitai stands out—the traditional Japanese art of precise cutting of large-format specimens. The proposal is completed with a multisensory experience designed to surround the diner through all senses.

Recaredo

Recaredo is a family of biodynamic winegrowers specializing in vintage and long-aged Brut Nature. Their commitment to bottling the landscapes of the CORPINNAT territory leads them to cultivate exclusively family-owned vineyards planted 100% with traditional varieties of the area, especially Xarel·lo. Recaredo's sparkling wines are the sublime expression of time, with aging ranging from 30 months to over 15 years. Aging at Recaredo is always carried out with natural cork stoppers, a technically ideal material to preserve the original sense of a long-aged sparkling wine. Authentic artisans in the craft of disgorging, they manually expel the sediment at the cool and natural temperature of the cellars.
