Antic Molí - Ulldecona
Antic Molí is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Ulldecona, in the heart of the Ebro Delta, where tradition and innovation meet in every dish. Led by chef Vicent Guimerà, it focuses on local products, sustainability, and an authentic sensory gastronomic experience. Local cuisine with a contemporary vision is inspired by the Ebro landscape, between rice fields, sea, and mountains.
Gramona has been working its lands uninterruptedly since the mid-19th century. A family with a long-standing winemaking tradition, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, which for years has produced wines and sparkling wines with respect and passion for the land, and with its own quality seal.
Today, the fifth generation of the family has perfected the skill of transforming their wines into great sparkling wines while maintaining artisanal processes: natural cork stoppers during aging, racks for riddling, and manual disgorging. They are faithful to a sustainable and environmentally friendly philosophy, which is why they turn to biodynamic agriculture and winemaking in the cultivation of their vineyards and in the production of their wines and sparkling wines.
