Ciri - Terrassa
El Ciri is the personal evolution of chef Marc Ribas from the La Taverna del Ciri project, where he expresses his gastronomic vision and passion for local products and the people who work them.
His proposal is based on hedonistic traditional Catalan cuisine, which updates and lightens recipes to improve digestion and enhance gastronomic pleasure.
Llopart's winemaking tradition has been rooted in the family estate of Subirats since the 14th century. Its 102 hectares of mountain vineyards, under organic cultivation, are located on north-facing slopes in one of the highest areas of the Penedès. Llopart has been producing quality sparkling wines for more than 135 years, making a firm defense of the traditional method and the craftsmanship of wine, with respect for sustainability and seeking the authenticity of long aging.
