Manny Gastrobar offers a gastronomic proposal focused on tapas as an expression of attitude and creativity, beyond just food. Each dish is based on fresh and local ingredients, with combinations that seek an explosion of flavor and a markedly bold character.

From the Can Descregut farmhouse, located in Vilobí del Penedès, Arantxa de Cara and Marc Milà produce quality wines and sparkling wines under criteria of minimal intervention to express the typicity of Penedès and the character of the Vilobí soils, which provide minerality due to the presence of gypsum. With an area of 25 hectares under organic cultivation, old vines predominate with the varieties Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Sumoll and Xarel·lo Vermell, of which they were pioneers in its recovery.
