Llopart's winemaking tradition has been rooted in the family estate of Subirats since the 14th century. Its 102 hectares of mountain vineyards, under organic cultivation, are located on north-facing slopes in one of the highest areas of the Penedès. Llopart has been producing quality sparkling wines for more than 135 years, making a firm defense of the traditional method and the craftsmanship of wine, with respect for sustainability and seeking the authenticity of long aging.
