Their commitment to bottling the landscapes of the CORPINNAT territory leads them to cultivate exclusively family-owned vineyards planted 100% with traditional varieties of the area, especially Xarel·lo. Recaredo's sparkling wines are the sublime expression of time, with aging ranging from 30 months to over 15 years. Aging at Recaredo is always carried out with natural cork stoppers, a technically ideal material to preserve the original sense of a long-aged sparkling wine. Authentic artisans in the craft of disgorging, they manually expel the sediment at the cool and natural temperature of the cellars.
