MAE is the project of three friends passionate about gastronomy who unite knowledge, cultures, and experiences to develop a culinary proposal based on syncretism. Their cuisine is born from the fusion of diverse influences and perspectives, with the desire to create a unique and shared gastronomic experience, designed to be remembered as a special moment around the table.
Mas Bertran is a family winery located in Sant Martí Sarroca, in the heart of the Penedès. Founded in 2005 and managed by cousins Eva and Roser, the project was born from the desire to keep the family's winemaking tradition alive and to reclaim the roots of the territory through careful and honest production.
The winery works mainly with Xarel·lo and Sumoll Negre, historical varieties of the Penedès that provide identity and uniqueness to their wines and sparkling wines. The old vines, cultivated with respectful practices and minimal intervention, are the starting point of a philosophy that seeks to transmit the purity of the landscape and the strength of the terroir in every bottle.
With limited productions and a clear commitment to quality, Mas Bertran combines respect for tradition with an innovative and sustainable outlook. The result is a collection of wines and sparkling wines that express authenticity, character, and the true essence of the Penedès.
