Ulisses - Menorca
A market cuisine based on working with fresh and native ingredients, with its own boat that supplies fresh fish every day. The gastronomic proposal may vary according to the availability of the product, as the Menorcan countryside and the Mediterranean do not always offer the same ingredients. It is thus defined as an authentic, local, and always fresh cuisine.
Mas Bertran is a family winery located in Sant Martí Sarroca, in the heart of the Penedès. Founded in 2005 and managed by cousins Eva and Roser, the project was born from the desire to keep the family's winemaking tradition alive and to reclaim the roots of the territory through careful and honest production.
The winery works mainly with Xarel·lo and Sumoll Negre, historical varieties of the Penedès that provide identity and uniqueness to their wines and sparkling wines. The old vines, cultivated with respectful practices and minimal intervention, are the starting point of a philosophy that seeks to transmit the purity of the landscape and the strength of the terroir in every bottle.
With limited productions and a clear commitment to quality, Mas Bertran combines respect for tradition with an innovative and sustainable outlook. The result is a collection of wines and sparkling wines that express authenticity, character, and the true essence of the Penedès.
