Petit Comitè offers a gastronomic proposal based on traditional Catalan cuisine, reinterpreted with a contemporary look under the culinary direction of Carles Gaig. His cuisine combines traditional recipes with seasonal and local ingredients, establishing a dialogue between the forest, the sea, and the garden to create a unique culinary experience.
The story of Celler Kripta begins in 1960 when Agustí Torelló and Carmen Sibill get married. They had left school at 13, without any heritage of vineyards or wineries.
It is the story of a generation, of Penedès, and of a sparkling wine tradition particularly rooted in the town of Sant Sadurní. Hard work, tenacity, the desire to learn and travel throughout the world where there were vineyards, and a particular sensitivity, turned Agustí Torelló into one of the most recognized winemakers in the country.
In 1978, he produced the first Kripta bottle, faithful to the origin of the native varieties of Penedès that make up a sparkling wine of inimitable singularity. Today, Celler Kripta is a reference family winery, present in more than 30 countries. Sons of the heart of Penedès, they produce sparkling wines with Soul.
