With more than 100 years of history and family tradition, Xarcuteria Ferran was born as a traditional delicatessen, specializing in cured meats, high-quality products, and artisanal craftsmanship. A few years ago, however, the family decided to take the project one step further and evolve it into the world of cooking and gastronomy.
Today, while preserving its essence and long-standing legacy, Ferran has also become a place where cuisine takes center stage, offering carefully crafted dishes, premium ingredients, and its own distinctive gastronomic proposal. This evolution led them to open their own tasting venue alongside the delicatessen—a space designed to enjoy, share, and continue nurturing their passion for great food.
After an outstanding first year at the CORPINNAT Festival, the Ferran family is back with more enthusiasm than ever, ready to keep surprising guests and showcase everything they can achieve in the kitchen.
