Denassus and Fonda Balmes - Barcelona
Through stews and slow cooking ("xup-xup"), the restaurant Denassus seeks a dynamic gastronomy where the product is always the main figure. Wine, their passion, occupies an essential place, with a list composed 90% by small producers.

The cuisine of Fonda Balmes highlights local products, traditional preparations, and cooking methods rooted in home culture, fusing tradition and the avant-garde through products from the field, the sea, and the garden.

AT Roca

AT Roca is a family winery founded in 2013 by Agustí Torelló Sibill together with his children, combining the values of two generations around identity.
Rooted in the ancient territories of the Monastir de Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, since its birth the winery has defended organic and regenerative dry-land viticulture, traditional varieties and minimal intervention oenology.
The philosophy is based on the idea of interpreting the environment starting from soils with a marked calcareous character at the foot of Ordal.
In the winery, we accompany and guide to preserve the vitality of the origin by relying on artisanal processes. We are committed to long aging, manual riddling in desks, manual disgorging without freezing and the production of all sparkling wines in Brut Nature.
