Recaredo's sparkling wines are the sublime expression of time, with aging ranging from 30 months to over 15 years. Aging at Recaredo is always carried out with natural cork stoppers, a technically ideal material to preserve the original sense of a long-aged sparkling wine. Authentic artisans in the craft of disgorging, they manually expel the sediment at the cool and natural temperature of the cellars.
